Madeleine has a noticeable (and eye catching) birth defect in her right eye pupil - not obvious in this picture. It looks like the black of her pupil has run into the rest of her eye - like a tear drop.

Charlotte Whitton was the first woman ever to become a mayor in Canada. She was Mayor of Ottawa, our capital. She is well known for her wittiscisms.Another one that I love is..
