Tenderness contains an element of sadness. It is not the sadness of feeling sorry for yourself or feeling deprived, but it is a natural situation of fullness. You feel so full and rich, as if you were about to shed tears. Your eyes are full of tears, and the moment you blink, the tears will spill out of your eyes and roll down your cheeks. In order to be a good warrior, one has to feel this sad and tender heart. Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche

Ain't that the truth! Ruth, that is a fine looking plate of food. Makes me hungry.
Now THAT looks really good!
mmmmm.... that looks good.
yammie, nice plate, but ehhhh I like teh veggies the most, they are 'under' the sauce?
Nice shot and text!
Bet my husband Joe would love to agree with this quote, but then I must admit he's been on a strict no fat diet for these past 4 months as he had high cholesterol but thankfully he's managed to control it!
For myself I like yesterday's quote as it really helps when there is someone to share your grief.
haha.....the joke between us (my husband and I) is that we pursue pleasure at the end of the fork....my tummy's rumbling already!!!! :)
I must admit this photo was taken some time ago and the plate of food wasn't actually mine....mine had less salad...LOL (only kidding)
