"To change one's life: Start immediately.
Do it flamboyantly. No exceptions."

“Courage doesn't always roar.Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying,
"I will try again tomorrow.”

Keep on beginning and failing.
Each time you fail, start all over again, and you will grow stronger until you have accomplished a purpose - not the one you began with perhaps, but one you'll be glad to remember.~Anne Sullivan~
The picture is the quote; I saw this at the zoo today and it made me think of someone
who has recently shown particular kindness to me.
Tenderness contains an element of sadness. It is not the sadness of feeling sorry for yourself or feeling deprived, but it is a natural situation of fullness. You feel so full and rich, as if you were about to shed tears. Your eyes are full of tears, and the moment you blink, the tears will spill out of your eyes and roll down your cheeks. In order to be a good warrior, one has to feel this sad and tender heart. Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche
