or you can go out and make them happen.”

Hi Ruth,
How you always find the right words?

Well what's your answer on this line?

My answer is that I do not wait, I make my own happiness, and I hope I also make a lot of people around me glad by helping them.. (I am not holy haha)

Your comment on my blog: Thanks and yes the time with Ginnie was great,

Have agreat weekend:) JoAnn

I find it really difficult to "go out" like that! But I'll hang in there and keep trying.

Tenderness contains an element of sadness. It is not the sadness of feeling sorry for yourself or feeling deprived, but it is a natural situation of fullness. You feel so full and rich, as if you were about to shed tears. Your eyes are full of tears, and the moment you blink, the tears will spill out of your eyes and roll down your cheeks. In order to be a good warrior, one has to feel this sad and tender heart. Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche
