Tenderness contains an element of sadness. It is not the sadness of feeling sorry for yourself or feeling deprived, but it is a natural situation of fullness. You feel so full and rich, as if you were about to shed tears. Your eyes are full of tears, and the moment you blink, the tears will spill out of your eyes and roll down your cheeks. In order to be a good warrior, one has to feel this sad and tender heart. Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche

I took this photo yesterday as I walked by the river; a glimpse of blue sky and sun could be seen reflected in the water.

Hi Ruth, in response to your question, I have cousins living in Gloucester, Newport Pagnell, Isle of Lewis (up in Scotland) Kent and the one that was here lives in Oxford.
Nice picture! I love that bit of blue.
Hey Ruth,
I made the photo bigger and it seemed that there 'is a spot' on 1)either your camera or 2)a car-window.... Is that right?
And I know you have already an award like this, but YOU DESERVE this SCHMOOZE award again, I want to give it yo you ( from me) as a personal nomination, You are such a good blogfriend:

The 'Power of Schmooze Award' is The Award for bloggers who “effortlessly weave their way in and out of the blogosphere, leaving friendly trails and smiles, happily making new friends along the way. They don’t limit
their visits to only the rich and successful, but spend some time to say hello to new blogs as well. They are the ones who engage others in meaningful conversations, refusing to let it end at a mere hello - all the while fostering a sense of closeness and friendship".
