Hey Ruth,
I agree : beter start today NOW than tomorrow, how about you, your doing the same? Just wondering, there's abook under that title; "Satrt today not tomorrow", well I always START my day fresh, leave the worries from yesterday behind, Only.... my bowels keep coming every day/month/year back more infected, ( I use prednison for that) So they should learn THIS IMPORTANT lesson, hahahah Just kidding !!!! :)

How flamboyantly feathered this bird is! It's amazing. Is this the William James that was Henry James's brother? I learned a bit about him this spring. This is a good pithy quote.
