I like your proverb and the photo. Nice work.

This is the second in the series and shows the mother with her head down the throat of the baby.

The lesson today is about friendship. We should do it all for our friends.

Now, in hopes you will welcome a little US geography lesson: you commented that Georgia has beautiful old, well-kept architecture and it's true. I live in Arkansas, a state about two states west of Georgia - and, as you have seen, some of our old pre-civil war architecture is well maintained too.

You always make me happy when you come by. Have a happy day, Ruth.

Friends are the angels who lift us to our feet when our wings have trouble remembering how to fly!

Tenderness contains an element of sadness. It is not the sadness of feeling sorry for yourself or feeling deprived, but it is a natural situation of fullness. You feel so full and rich, as if you were about to shed tears. Your eyes are full of tears, and the moment you blink, the tears will spill out of your eyes and roll down your cheeks. In order to be a good warrior, one has to feel this sad and tender heart. Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche
