“Sticks and stones may break your bones when there's anger to impart.

Spiteful words can hurt your feelings but silence breaks your heart.

Anger is as a stone cast into a wasp's nest.”

Great job! I bet a person could hand you about anything and you could make a post out of it!

Today, no place for sticks, stones, spite, anger.
Only respect, sympathy, condolence, solidarity and love.

And sometimes deeds can speak louder than any words, and so often anger hurts the one who is angry most.
When people hurt us we must try to forgive, it teaches them a lesson.

Tenderness contains an element of sadness. It is not the sadness of feeling sorry for yourself or feeling deprived, but it is a natural situation of fullness. You feel so full and rich, as if you were about to shed tears. Your eyes are full of tears, and the moment you blink, the tears will spill out of your eyes and roll down your cheeks. In order to be a good warrior, one has to feel this sad and tender heart. Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche
