I'm a bit dense...I assume it's car headlights, but I am having trouble figuring out how we are seeing them, in relation to the car. Whatever way I look at it, the quote is appropriate.

Sheila; they are in fact a couple of solar lights by our pond which I turned upwards and took a photo of in the wee small hours.

I wonder how many dark moments Aristotle Onassis actually experienced.

2 x PS:
(1)Just read your explanation of the shot & .....really?? I was really fooled. I saw a pair of glasses in total darkness, caught with flash!
(2) Annie, quite a few. As the old adage goes, money can't buy you love or happiness.

Tenderness contains an element of sadness. It is not the sadness of feeling sorry for yourself or feeling deprived, but it is a natural situation of fullness. You feel so full and rich, as if you were about to shed tears. Your eyes are full of tears, and the moment you blink, the tears will spill out of your eyes and roll down your cheeks. In order to be a good warrior, one has to feel this sad and tender heart. Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche
