“No drug, not even alcohol, causes the fundamental ills of society.
If we're looking for the source of our troubles, we shouldn't test people for drugs, we should test them for stupidity, ignorance, greed and love of power.”

My hubby could have written it!

Ruth..I can see the words again. Whatever was wrong is okay. That said the quote is so true. My mother used to say you can educate people, but you can't teach common sense, you either have it or you don't.

Must admit I was very tempted with the quote "
Beer makes you feel the way you ought to feel without beer"

I'm not even seeing the red cross box...just a big void of nothingness. I also see that at the top of this comment box it say "after owner approval"????? I never set that up!!!!

And now I come back in 10 seconds later and the owner approval is gone!!!!

Tenderness contains an element of sadness. It is not the sadness of feeling sorry for yourself or feeling deprived, but it is a natural situation of fullness. You feel so full and rich, as if you were about to shed tears. Your eyes are full of tears, and the moment you blink, the tears will spill out of your eyes and roll down your cheeks. In order to be a good warrior, one has to feel this sad and tender heart. Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche
