Me too. My problem is that I get too hungry too often and my body is showing it.

I have found, honestly, that the things one shouldn't eat (often) is the very thing that sets off a hungry feeling. So, if I eat something salty, then I am hungry for something to eat. It doesn't matter. Just hungry. And sweet does it too. I suppose, at least for me, I would have to pass up the food in the picture and not associate with it or it would end up on my belly.

Today, the final pictures of the series, "A Day in the Life of a Robin," is online. I couldn't decide which picture to use. I hope you get to see them.

Tenderness contains an element of sadness. It is not the sadness of feeling sorry for yourself or feeling deprived, but it is a natural situation of fullness. You feel so full and rich, as if you were about to shed tears. Your eyes are full of tears, and the moment you blink, the tears will spill out of your eyes and roll down your cheeks. In order to be a good warrior, one has to feel this sad and tender heart. Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche
