Tenderness contains an element of sadness. It is not the sadness of feeling sorry for yourself or feeling deprived, but it is a natural situation of fullness. You feel so full and rich, as if you were about to shed tears. Your eyes are full of tears, and the moment you blink, the tears will spill out of your eyes and roll down your cheeks. In order to be a good warrior, one has to feel this sad and tender heart. Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche

Beautiful shot, ruth :)
The contrast between the berries and the snow is lovely!!!
REally nice. I'd hate to have to choose which of your posts I like best today.
I like that one!
No snow here....it's not even cold! But it was wet today so I didn't get any gardening done. A day without gardening is a poor one in my eyes!
lilymarlene; I'm with you all the way....did you see my 4th Feb. photo?
Don't think I like the sound of that quote!
Great photo!
Brrrrrrr!!!!!! :)
WOW!!! Both posts Ruth...WOW!!
Fabulous web, and the snow on the berries is great too. Excellent photos Ruth.
