Tenderness contains an element of sadness. It is not the sadness of feeling sorry for yourself or feeling deprived, but it is a natural situation of fullness. You feel so full and rich, as if you were about to shed tears. Your eyes are full of tears, and the moment you blink, the tears will spill out of your eyes and roll down your cheeks. In order to be a good warrior, one has to feel this sad and tender heart. Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche

Really like this quote, so true and doing the right thing is not always the easiest thing at times. Great song too

What a lovely song you have on today! I really like it! Great quote and clever link to the picture! (((HUGS))) to you Ruth x
Another great quote - it's so true. It's not always the easy way out to do the right thing, but it's the best way out!
Love how the photo ties in with the quote :)

Ruth, I was just going to say that I love your music but I also see that the others are enjoying it as well.
Great quote today!

I really like the sign. We have them in some areas but they don't have the picture on them like yours.
I like the music also!!
I often wonder if a neighbour is really watching
