Ruth, thanks for tagging me for the meme. I was going to do it today but I've tried and my mind is absolutely blank so I guess I'll pass for now.

sad, but it's a reality that sometimes we become preoccupied with many complex things each day, trying to accomplish big things for ourselves and for the people we love, when in fact, all they need is just to hear from us that we love them.

great post.

Hi I like the child, also the words 'saying'. we should tell more ( to the person you love) that we love them.

Tenderness contains an element of sadness. It is not the sadness of feeling sorry for yourself or feeling deprived, but it is a natural situation of fullness. You feel so full and rich, as if you were about to shed tears. Your eyes are full of tears, and the moment you blink, the tears will spill out of your eyes and roll down your cheeks. In order to be a good warrior, one has to feel this sad and tender heart. Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche
